From Young Tennis Talent To Coaching Entrepreneur
The rise and the fall of a champion
My love affair with tennis began in 2004 at the age of nine. From the very first time I stepped onto the court, I knew this sport was something special. I trained hard and, in just a few short years, won multiple national and international tournaments, including the Greek Championships and Masters Under 12. My young career was promising, but unfortunately, at the age of 13, a serious knee injury forced me to make a difficult decision—I had to stop competing. It was a heartbreaking moment, but I had no other option.

how i Turned my passion into career
My passion for tennis never faded. After my recovery, I found a new way to stay connected to the sport I loved. I began my coaching journey by offering private lessons and sparring sessions at local hotels during my summer school breaks. This experience ignited a new dream: to become a professional tennis coach. At the age of 18, I earned my official tennis coaching certification and left my home island of Rhodes to explore the world of tennis.
THE BREAKTHROUGH
My professional career started at Robinson Daidalos, where I worked as a high-season reinforcement coach. This role marked the beginning of a ten-year partnership with the Robinson GmbH, taking me to several incredible destinations. I coached at Robinson Daidalos (Kos, Greece), Esquinzo Playa (Fuerteventura, Spain), and, for the last five years of my tenure, I served as the Head Coach & base leader of Greece’s largest clay court tennis facility at Robinson Kyllini Beach. During this time, I had the privilege of learning from former professional players like Nicolas Kiefer (ATP #4), Marc-Kevin Göllner (ATP #26), Patrick Kühnen (ATP #43), and many others. These experiences, along with continuous education and multiple workshops, helped me refine my coaching skills and broaden my expertise.

That’s how YourTennisCoach.gr was born. The first year exceeded my wildest dreams as I partnered with 14 resorts, and by the second year, I expanded to 23 resorts while also introducing padel training.
