Frequently asked questions
What equipment do I need?

HEAD tennis rackets and anything else needed for the lesson are provided free of charge.
We strongly recommend you to bring your own cold water and towels. You should also put on sports shoes, light clothes and a cap if available.

How can I pay for the lesson?

We accept cash, PayPal or credit/debit cards (Accepted cards: VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Bancontact & JCB).
Payable directly after the lesson to your tennis coach.

Can I book several lessons at once?

Yes! Choose "Add new Booking" (at the "Booking Summary" tab) and add as many extra lessons as you wish!

Why some time slots are not available?

If you don't find your desired date & time available, please send us a short message (via email or WhatsApp). We will try to offer you an alternative time.

I have sent a request for a lesson but have not received confirmation.

We will answer you as soon as possible. If you don't hear from us right away, we are probably on the court, but will get back to you right after our activities.

How can I cancel my lesson?

We are sorry you have to cancel your tennis lesson.
You can cancel it up to 24 hours before the appointment by contacting us directly via Whatsapp or email.

In case of no-show 50%, of the agreed rate has to be paid.

What are the contact hours?

We are at your disposal every day 8:00-20:00.
